Hire Ground, LLC Content Submission & Design Services Disclaimer

By submitting logos, images, text, or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that they do not infringe anyone else’s rights. You are responsible for any licensing, trademark, or brand-standard approvals required for the materials you provide, including approvals from your franchisor.

Hire Ground, LLC and The Steadfast Lane provide design, templates, and custom goods based on the information you give us. Final designs, wording, spelling, and details must be reviewed and approved by you before printing, production, or use. We are not responsible for errors in approved designs.

Design requests, revisions, and turnaround times are limited to what is stated in your package. Additional designs are billed to the store. Custom goods are made to order and may not be returned or refunded once production begins.

Templates and designs are provided as a business support service and do not constitute legal, financial, or employment advice. Please have offer letters, forms, and other documents reviewed by your own advisors.

Content Responsibility Notice

To ensure accuracy, efficiency, and the best possible design outcome, all content intended for use in any design project must be provided by the client in written text format prior to the start of design work.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Headlines and titles
• Body copy and descriptions
• Mission, vision, and value statements
• Biographies and personal profiles
• Menu items, pricing, and product information
• Event details and promotional messaging
• Contact information and business details
• Legal disclaimers and required disclosures

Client Responsibilities

The client is solely responsible for:

• Providing all final content in an editable text format (Word document, Google Doc, email, or similar)
• Reviewing all submitted content for accuracy, spelling, grammar, and completeness before submission
• Obtaining any necessary permissions, licenses, or rights for content provided

Design Services Scope

Design services include the visual organization, formatting, and presentation of client-provided content. Content creation, copywriting, editing, proofreading, fact-checking, and information gathering are not included unless specifically outlined.

Revisions & Additional Charges

Content changes submitted after the design process has begun may require additional revisions and may be subject to additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Approval

By engaging these services, the client acknowledges and agrees that all content must be supplied in text format and approved by the client before final design production begins. A credit card will be needed for any subscriptions, boosts and orders.

Pricing and Payment Terms

A 50% initial deposit is required at the start of all package services and à la carte items created prior to business opening. Payment for all à la carte services and any post-opening items needed on or after business opening will be invoiced the first day of the month in which the services are rendered. The remaining 50% balance for pre-opening services is due during the first week of business operations. Any outstanding balance for pre-opening must be paid in full within eight (8) months of the initial start date.

All shipments will be shipped according to the purchased shipping options. Arrival dates are subject to the carrier.

All orders are non-refundable.

To receive a guaranteed arrival date, purchase the guaranteed ship date option.

Please note, all packages, once shipped, are subject to the carrier’s processing.

For guaranteed arrival shipping, the shipping cost is subject to a refund if the order does not arrive on time by the scheduled arrival day.
